No Sync

I initially got this app for my phone. I paid for the upgrade, and after a few weeks learned that the interface is better on the iPad. After downloading for the iPad, I discovered that the app does not sync between devices, does not acknowledge that I paid for the upgrade, nor does it have and option to pay for the upgrade on the iPad.
